Log in to our website www.younea.lu > My account with your login details. In your account under Dashboard you will now find the option to ‘Add new chatbot’.
Make sure you have topped up your credit beforehand.
You can find help on this under ‘How can I top up my credit’ or in your account under ‘Help Centre’.
How can I top up my credit?
You can top up your credit in your account under ‘Credit’.
There are 2 different options for topping up your credit:
Manual credit top-up:
Here you decide yourself when and how much credit is to be topped up and the transaction must be actively carried out. Payment information must be entered for this.
Automatic credit top-up:
Here, the credit is topped up automatically as soon as the available amount falls below a predetermined threshold. This ensures that your account always has sufficient credit. This also requires the entry of payment information.
‘Top up and authorise”: The credit is topped up immediately and the amount is debited from the credit card at the same time.
‘Authorise only”: The amount is earmarked on the credit card but not yet debited. The actual debit is made later when the top-up is required.

An AI language model has different ‘levels of difficulty’ depending on the area of application:

You will now find the purchased addon LëtzTalk in your left sidebar.
The basic package of LëtzChat is a prerequisite for the purchase of LëtzTalk.
Where can I find my LëtzTalk telephone number and how do I ensure that customers can make calls with my Talkbot?
You can find your LëtzTalk telephone number in your left sidebar under Addon LëtzTalk > LëtzTalk administration > Telephone number. Customers can reach your personal Talkbot on this telephone number and this number can be communicated on your website, for example.
On the right-hand side you will now find the item ‘(Re)start bot’.
This action must be carried out in advance to activate the bot.
